The Alexander, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Yerevan is the most exclusive hotel in Armenia and one of the most luxurious hotels in the entire Caucasus region. Cuisine includes; fresh spinach ravioli with walnut emulsion, whole wheat fettuccine with spring onions and walnuts and risotto arborio with porcini mushrooms. You can polish off the meal with delectable treats including; chocolate fondant with milk and jam ice cream and pistachio cookie or chilled seasonal fruits with apricot sorbet and almond crackers.
